One of greatest resources here in town is our leaders. We take great pride in the fact that there is always someone willing to serve the citizens on one of our many boards and committees.

The Council and Committees page lists the duties of each of our committees as well as contact information about each of them. Also listed with them are links to the minutes and agendas of the their meetings so people can catch up on all of the city's business and also research past events as necessary.

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

Please use the form below to request any and all information from the City of Rock Falls' records.  Fill the form out and then submit the printed form to the City Clerk's office at 603 W. 10th Street.

Records requests for the Freedom of Information Act have the following costs associated with them:

• Records/maps (8.5 x 11.5): $1.00 first page of document, additional pages at $50 each

• Records/maps greater than (8.5 x 11.5): $5.00, plus actual cost of document if out of office reproduction is necessary.

• Certified Copy of documents: $3.00 fee and $1.00 first page, additional pages at 5.50 each.

• Accident Reports: $5.00 charge; additional pages at 5.50 each

• Incident Reports: $2.00 charge; additional pages at $50 each.

• Subpoena: $20.00 for 1st thru 20tI page; additional pages are $.50 each.

•  911 recordings: $15.00 for each recording requested

• Copy of VHS Video: $15.00 charge for each tape requested

• Copy of Cassette or Photo CD: $5.00 charge for each cassette or Photo CD

• Color Photos: $3.00 per photo requested.
