Utility office clerk

The City of Rock Falls is looking to fill two full-time utility office clerk positions with the Rock Falls Utility Office.  Positions will report to the utility office supervisor and will be responsible for creation of utility bills, collection of payments and other customer service duties as assigned.  Positions are offered health benefits, Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund and other benefits. Successful candidates will possess a background in customer service, and front desk experience, as well as have excellent computer skills and be able to work in a high stress team based work environment.
