Listed below are the approved City Council meeting minutes as well as the City Committee agenda and minutes. Minutes are normally posted after they are approved at the meeting immediately following the meeting they were for, hence there will be a lag of a period of time between the meeting and when minutes are posted. Some minutes are approved at the same meeting they are for, and will be posted the day of the meeting.  Please check back for minutes being posted.

The following AD HOC committees will meet when and as deemed necessary to conduct business.  All meetings will be in accordance with notification under the Open Meetings Act.  As agenda and minutes from these meetings are created they will be posted here:

Meeting Held the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of every month at 6:30pm.

ADA Review Committee Agenda and Minutes-
Monthly Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 4pm.

Building Code Committee Agenda and Minutes
Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the Month at 5:15pm

Committee of the Whole Agenda and Minutes -
Meetings are held the 4th Monday of every month at 6:30pm as necessary.

Electric Committee Agenda and Minutes-
Meeting held 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm.

Finance/Insurance/Investment Committee Agenda and Meeting Minutes-
Meeting held 4th Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm.  Committee as of July 2009 will also be meeting to discuss investments of the City, as the investment committee duties have been folded into this committee.

Groundwater Protection Committee Agenda and Minutes-
Meetings held quarterly on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:00pm at the Rock Falls Water department at 2209 9th Avenue   New meeting dates will be posted when they are confirmed with the Water department.

Meeting held 3rd Thursday of every month at 4:00pm.

Investment Committee Agenda and Minutes-
Meetings held quarterly on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm   As of July 2009 this committee will be folded into the Finance Committee and will no longer meet separately.

Meeting held 4th Thursday of every month at 7:00pm.

Meeting held 2nd Thursday of every month at 7:00pm.

Police/Fire Committee Agenda and Minutes-
Meets will be held the 4th Thursday of the Month on a Quarterly Basis at 5pm.

Meeting held 2nd Thursday of every month at 6:00pm.

Meeting held 1st Thursday of every month at 6:30pm.

Branding Committee Agenda and Minutes-
This committee is a volunteer committee that meets to discuss the signage and branding issues facing the community.  Currently the membership is open to anyone interested in attending the meetings. Currently the committee meets at 1pm on the third Wednesday of the month at the Rock Falls Community Development Corporation Offices on 1st Avenue.  As of the August 19th Meeting, the Committee has been renamed the Branding Committee

Broadband Ad Hoc Committee Agenda and Minutes-
As of the April Electric Committee, the functions of this committee have been folded into the Electric Committee duties and will no longer meet separately.

Complete Count Committee Agenda and Minutes-
This volunteer committee will be working on the Census 2010 count.  They will meet periodically.

Comprehensive Plan Committee Agenda and Minutes-
Committee will schedule meetings for the 2nd Wednesday of the month at noon.

Recreational Trail Committee Agenda and Minutes-

This committee is a volunteer committee that meets to discuss the Recreational Trails located within the community. Committee meetings are the second Thursday of the Month at 3pm at City Hall.  Currently the membership is open to anyone interested in attending the meetings, and any one with an interest should feel free to attend.

Riverfront Redevelopment AD HOC Committee Agenda and Minutes-
This committee replaces the Brownfield Redevelopment Ad Hoc Committee
Committee will schedule meetings for the first Tuesday of the month at 5:15pm and will meet at City Hall in the North Conference Room.
